PANJIM: The Department of Pathology, Goa Medical College, Bambolim in collaboration with the Indian Academy of Cytologists is organising a CME (Continuing Medical Education) Programme in Pathology, in the Pathology Department Seminar Room on March 1, at 3 pm. The CME will be chaired by Dr RG Wiseman Pinto and the speakers include Dr Vishal Sawant, Head of the Pediatric Surgery Department, GMC, Dr Adithya S, Postgraduate from Pathology Department GMC, Vynetta Devadoss, Postgraduate from Pathology Department GMC and Dr Supriya Sheldekar, Postgraduate from Pathology Department GMC. There will be a Clinicopathological Conference wherein the cases that will be presented include Congenital Primitive Neuro Ectodermal Tumor in a newborn baby, Medullary Carcinoma of the breast and Lowgrade B cell Lymphoproliferative disorder of non Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia type in a young girl. Clinical features, Diagnosis, Investigations, Gross, Microscopic, management and recent advances of these cases will be discussed.
