Carnival programe at Velsao

PANJIM: Villagers of Velsao Razvoir will organise their 8th annual traditional carnival programme on February 19 at 2.30pm behind Cansaulim cemetery.

Carnival Khell (3 partio) will be performed by Cony Dias and his troupe. As usual, there will be spot prizes, free seating and free housie rounds.
